Seared jumbo scallops topped with your finest local uni.  Served with a house special wasabi yuzu sauce. 


Blue Fin Sampler

Three slices each of your finest Blue Fin Tuna and Blue Fin Toro imported from Spain.


Tuna Tataki

Slices of seared Tuna sashimi topped with scallions and a house special ponzu sauce. 


Japanese Style Steak

Thinly sliced USDA choice New York steak with a three stage marinade.  Topped with a teriyaki drizzle and served with rice, salad and mixed tempura.


Cucumber Mojito

A refreshing cocktail filled with thinly sliced cucumbers that marinates in rum and hints of lime. 



Crunch Onion Albacore

Slices of seared Albacore sashimi topped with deep fried crispy onions. Served with a house special ponzu sauce. 


Spicy Poke Sashimi

An assortment of fresh sashimi prepared Hawaiian poke style.  Mixed all together with our signature spicy sauce. 


Yellowtail Carpaccio

Slices of Yellowtail sashimi topped with chopped tomatoes, jalapeños and onions. Served with ponzu sauce and truffle oil.  


Nabeyaki Udon

A boiling pot of udon noodle soup filled with shrimp tempura, mushrooms, vegetables and an egg.  All served in a ceramic pot.  


Seafood Spicy Ramen

A boiling pot of ramen noodle soup filled with scallops, clams, green mussels, calamari, tiger shrimp and vegetables.
